PT100/PT1000 RTD Sensor for Measuring Instruments
This PT100/PT1000 RTD temperature sensor is designed for measuring instruments, industrial temperature control, electrical equipment and medical equipment. The SS304 grooved probe supports secure installation, while the mounting screw, probe dimensions and cable assembly can be customized for your instrument.
Technical Features
- RTD elements: PT100, PT200 or PT1000 platinum resistance elements
- Accuracy: 1/3 DIN B, Class A or Class B options
- Temperature range: -60°C to 230°C; higher or lower ranges can be customized
- Probe construction: SS304 grooved tube with customized screw specifications
- Wiring: two-wire, three-wire or four-wire configurations
- Cable: silver-plated wire with PTFE insulation or silicone cable options
- Electrical performance: 1800 VAC insulation voltage and insulation resistance of at least 100 MΩ at 500 VDC
- Stability: TCR 3850 ppm/K and long-term stability for continuous measurement
- Compliance: RoHS and REACH; SS304 probe options compatible with FDA and LFGB requirements
