This refrigerator NTC temperature sensor is designed for temperature measurement and control in refrigerators, freezers, ice tanks and floor heating systems. ABS, nylon or TPE encapsulation options provide a practical housing for low-temperature and moisture-prone equipment where cold resistance, insulation and stable long-term performance are important.

Refrigeration and Heating Applications
- Refrigerators and freezers
- Ice tanks and cold storage equipment
- Floor heating temperature control systems
- Low-temperature appliance monitoring
- OEM equipment requiring moisture-resistant NTC packaging
Housing Design and Installation
The sensor housing and dimensions can be customized to match the installation structure. Plastic encapsulation supports resistance to moisture, cold conditions and thermal shock. Connector selection, cable routing and mounting position should be confirmed against the equipment drawing and controller input.
Environmental Considerations
This sensor is not hermetically sealed. Avoid acidic, alkaline, solvent-containing or heavily dusty environments unless the assembly has been specifically designed for those conditions. For long-distance signal transmission, confirm the cable and controller requirements with the equipment engineer.
OEM Customization
Starlight Sensors can customize the NTC resistance value, B value, encapsulation material, housing dimensions, wire, cable length, connector and mounting structure. For technical confirmation, please provide the temperature range, controller specification, installation drawing or sample and expected quantity.
