PT100/PT1000 RTD Temperature Sensor for Steam Ovens
This high-temperature PT100/PT1000 RTD temperature sensor is designed for steam ovens, commercial ovens and food equipment that require stable measurement in hot and humid environments. The Y53 series uses a 304 food-grade stainless steel protective tube, an RTD sensing element and high-temperature cable options for reliable temperature monitoring.

- Wiring: two-wire configuration; other wiring options can be customized
- Accuracy: Class A or Class B
- Working temperature: -60°C to 380°C or -60°C to 450°C, depending on the cable and assembly
- Insulation voltage: 1500 VAC for 2 seconds
- Insulation resistance: at least 100 MOhm at 500 VDC
- Temperature coefficient: TCR 3850 ppm/K option
- Probe material: 304 food-grade stainless steel tube
- Cable options: 380°C PTFE cable or 450°C glass-fiber mica cable
- Long-term stability: maximum temperature change below 0.04% after 1,000 hours of operation
